Jamie Blassingame I recently had my wedding band set repaired at this jewelry store. They explained what needed to be done and why, and when I received my repaired rings back the repair was well done and reasonable. They do take a bit of time because they have a lot of repairs but in my opinion done well is better than done fast.

She took the time to show me everything I was looking for and offered to clean one of my necklaces. Also, I forgot one of my rings and she came to the parking lot to give it to me. This is the first time that I have had the best experience with a professional customer service in one of their stores. Thank you, Samantha!

They took it down to a size 5.5! Both were a flawless fit! I was blown away by the cleaning and fresh look of my university ring! Thank you so much!!

The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation.
