I found that to be very courteous, as no one seems to extend great customer serve anymore. My item arrived maybe two days later and it fit perfectly! I did not get her card (and honestly forgot her name) so I thought I’d never get another pair. Then, like magic, she was at Mistletoe and Magic this weekend! Now I have two beautiful pairs of delicate hoops and her website to buy more lovely pieces. I love how light the jewelry is. I have never worn anything but stud earrings because my ear lobes felt weighed down. Not in Emily’s earrings; I forget I’m even wearing them. And, I get SO many compliments on them.
