Joe G. This is a newer location (recently moved) and it looks great. From the jewelry displays to the mall location, its a great convenient shopping spot. The customer service guests are pretty friendly and are very informed about their products. Theyre charming and will win your business if you need help looking for a special gift. There is a section within this store, I dont recall seeing it at the old location, where they custom make the jewelry in front of you. I wasnt sure if it was made to order or if they were just piecing the jewelry together to place on the displays. Nonetheless, it was cool to see the workers in action.

Hannah Benavidez I had an heirloom diamond necklace from my late grandmother (that was actually her original engagement ring) that I brought in to be remade into a more practical piece of jewelry I would be able to wear on a daily basis. Oscar et al created a beautiful solitaire and eternity band that is not only more modern and my own personal style, but more wearable than the necklace ever would have been. He was also able to create both of these in less than two weeks. Jackie was also incredibly helpful in the design process. Superb customer service. Simply incredible! 10/10 would recommend. I will be back to rework other heirloom jewelry into more wearable pieces.

christy smith I went in to have some antique jewelry looked at. Justin was very knowledgeable & although he was unable to purchase those particular pieces from me-he was able to point me in an another direction for those items. I had some other random stuff that he was able to purchase and even gave me a price that i was very pleased with. I was impressed and returned with other items this afternoon. I do plan to return soon & hopefully Ill be able to mark another task completed on my list... Thanks again, Justin, for being very professional and pleasant while taking care of business.
