Schery Nielson The work was beautiful but I was promised in 2 weeks it took over 2 weeks and when I went to pick up my repairs I was thinking around $200 and it was over $700! If I had known it was going to be that much I would have never had the repairs done. And the one ring that was to be sized is still to big. I won’t go back. Update! I got a call from Jenna very sweet lady. She went over all my concerns there were a few miscommunications and we got everything worked out. Thanks again Jenna! Update: Refund was in my bank and now it’s gone today. What happened??

MaDonna Halstead I nervously took my boys shopping with me and I’m glad I did. Not only were they treated so kindly they were personally shown military items when they left their interest of such be known. They were even given juices. Just the extra special treatment when most places cringe at the sight of kids, especially two young boys haha The store was clean, smell wonderful, had a huge variety of endless treasures to cover many interests… not just antiques but new items as well. It’s a great one stop gift shop for yourself or someone on your list. The music playing throughout was lovely and not too overpowering. Everything in the store was arranged nicely making it easy to navigate throughout. We will definitely be back!

The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. I was engaged for a year and a half and could not decide on what I wanted for my wedding band, and finally stumbled upon Megan Thorne jewelry a month before my wedding. All of their creations are STUNNING, but the ring I was particularly interested in was not available in my size online. I reached out to the team through their custom form, and they responded within 24 hours saying they believed they would be able to create the ring in my size and get it to me before my wedding. I was honestly skeptical, but I loved this particular ring and nothing else had piqued my interest the way this one had, so we went ahead and decided we would use a placeholder for the ceremony if needed. However, true to their word, the Megan Thorne team completed my ring the week before my wedding and shipped it to me in Virginia via FedEx one day delivery so that I would have it in time for my ceremony. Gretchen Darden Flawless diamonds is the only place I would go for fine jewelry! I’ve had two ear piercings here and picked out beautiful diamonds to go in each one. Florencia will also be redesigning my wedding ring and I can’t wait to see the results. Highly recommend!
