I wanted an emerald engagement ring, and Gabe worked tirelessly to overnight ring settings and emeralds from around the country to get my ring made in TWO DAYS. I cannot express how grateful we are and how perfect my ring is. We couldnt have done it without Gabe and his family. 100/10 recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made a strong impression—not just with their professionalism, but with how genuinely invested they seemed in the customer experience. I received a warm and welcoming reception both when I initially stopped by to express interest and get on a waitlist, and again when I returned to pick up the watch. It really stood out to me that the level of attention and care remained just as genuine each time I visited. A special mention goes to Sonia, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and proactive in keeping me informed. Her communication was always clear and timely, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. As a premium jeweler, the store also stood out for how well it was maintained and managed; the ambiance matched the quality of the products and service. Id gladly recommend it to those who appreciate good service and a professional touch.

Alina Rose The staff was real quick with honest service for my modern smartwatch. Replaced the battery without damaging the seal and cleaned the exterior. Fair price and a smile.

Daritza Rosario Sean was amazing!! He was very informative on my husbands wedding band as I was super indecisive. We returned about a week or so later and the bands I was debating on were still there waiting for us like he said they would be!! Sean takes care of his customers!! Store also had lots of options to choose from at an amazing price!

Rachel Campbell They dont do what you bring in your jewelry for. I brought in my cross pendant to have the posts that hold my cross to the necklace replaced. 2 wore out completely of the 3 from my necklace. They charged me $79. I was fine with that. (A little more than another jeweler had quoted but that was so we a year ago.) Said they would replace the "prongs". I said fine BUT I AM BRINGING IT TO HAVE THE POSTS THAT HOLD THE NECKLACE TO THE CROSS REPAIRED! so my cross doesnt fall off my necklace BECAUSE ONLY ONE POST IS STILL IN TACT! I showed them in the store REPEATEDLY. Wrote it down ON THE TICKET WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED! They kept it 2 days and "fixed the prongs" - there was NOTHING wrong with my prongs on the diamonds! And did NOT FIX THE POSTS AT ALL. When I called they said bring it back and we will fix it for no charge. IN FACT THEY GROUND DOWN THE EDGES WHERE THE POSTS HAD BEEN AND WORN THROUGH IN THE CENTER OF THEM! I dont.know what the deal is but I dont.trust them now. I barely trusted them before! But thought they couldnt possibly screw up replacing the gold posts! But they showed me! I have had this cross for years (DECADES!) and it is very sentimental to me! I am so frustrated they wanted to argue when I called saying that "they fixed the prongs." That WASNT the job!! The job was replace the 2 posts! There are supposed to be 3 posts that hold the cross to the necklace. It actually looks like they ground off the edges of the 2 other posts!! Making it harder for me to get it repaired now!! I will NEVER trust them again!

Irving Flores You’ll find this James Avery store right next to Target shopping store. Quick and clean. Currently due to the Covid-19 regulations, you do have to wear a mask inside. The employees clean regularly and there are separating barriers to keep the public safe. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
