B C I was very impressed with the way the employees helped us by loaning us a wheelchair so that my mom could go donate blood right in front of the store. Mayra helped us tremendously. I could tell something was bothering her though, and I really feel that she was upset with us even though she helped us.

The bow ring didn’t come in my size and instead of her telling me to just wear it on another finger she brought out the ring sizer and largest size they carried. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to purchase this ring Courtney told me I could get it resized into my correct size. She was extremely patient with me even though the store was busy during the charm event. She exuded southern charm and I hope she has an amazing day! Dainer Proenza Nah, go there, theyll steal your gold. I wore a thick ring to make it smaller, it was a thick style filled inside and when I picked it up again, it was empty inside, it weighed almost 4.5 ounces and when I returned it, it didnt even weigh 3 and the ring was all bent.

Id taken my engagement ring to a different local jeweler and it came back looking a bit beaten up at the bottom, and as if itd been clamped with a pair of pliers. Eichhorn took a longer time, but the work was much better—it looks like nothing was done to the ring at all. Also, the customer service was great. Definitely recommended!
