mark rodriguez Beware I bought a 8k Rolex day date. First issue was the day date not working the salesman said “are you really going to be looking at the date”? for 8k everything better work as it should. Took 2 weeks to get back after I got it back not even 1 hour into wearing it the bracelet falls off. At this point it is what it is buyers beware!!

I dont usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to let the world know how much quality this bracelet was. I got so many compliments that I decided to buy a pair of earrings. The shipping was free and the items were reasonably priced. I fell in love with this company, that I hope they dont realize how good they are and start raising the prices. Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

Samantha Harrison Kimberly was so helpful! I had some bracelets that I have been wearing for 2+ years which has loosened, she was able to resize them to my liking! She was quick, efficient, and personable. Her store is so cute, smells amazing, and has so many options for gifts! Next time you’re in downtown McKinney stop by and see her! Will definitely be back!

Philip Jones Ordered and picked up the same day on the day before Mother’s Day. The key is to order online as there was no line for the pick up. If you’re coming in the day before Mother’s Day and don’t order it online, expect to wait a long time though.
