I was engaged for a year and a half and could not decide on what I wanted for my wedding band, and finally stumbled upon Megan Thorne jewelry a month before my wedding. All of their creations are STUNNING, but the ring I was particularly interested in was not available in my size online. I reached out to the team through their custom form, and they responded within 24 hours saying they believed they would be able to create the ring in my size and get it to me before my wedding. I was honestly skeptical, but I loved this particular ring and nothing else had piqued my interest the way this one had, so we went ahead and decided we would use a placeholder for the ceremony if needed. However, true to their word, the Megan Thorne team completed my ring the week before my wedding and shipped it to me in Virginia via FedEx one day delivery so that I would have it in time for my ceremony. I could not be happier with their customer service or the ring itself and absolutely recommend them.

Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

I recently pulled the trigger on a Black Bay 41mm with a 5-link bracelet and love it. Thank you Bing, your customer service is exceptional!! Update: I have been in multiple times since my last review and have picked up a new Black Bay 68 with a blue dial and have placed an order for a new tough to get Tudor for my wife. J These guys are fantastic. I spoke with David in the Tomball store about an engagement ring. He referred me to his wife Jessica at the Magnolia store. Jessica is wonderful. She helped me design and get an engament ring made in a very short period of time that I had prior to a trip I had planned to get engaged. She educated me on diamonds and helped me pick one out that was in my budget and would look great on the designer setting I had chosen. The ring turned out beautiful and my fiance loved it. I highly recommend Trinity Fine Jewelry and will be using them again. Great people. Great customer service and they are very helpful.

2b Been shopping here recently. Love the way things are placed and the ladys at the cologne section are very easy to talk to and had a laugh before buying items there. Lady I jcpenny cashier was super helpful too on showing me how to use the app and other questions I had. Glad to make this place my new cloth store.

Liz Lytton I wish I could give 6 stars! I highly recommend Generation Jewelers, Danny and the entire team are incredible. If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!
