I brought in some gold and rings, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable deal. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done “in the back.” He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. The shop is located in a sleek, bougie building that was super easy to find—just a quick 37-minute drive from Sherman straight up 75. Allen is one of those people who feels like an instant friend. Josh was incredibly quick and accommodating to my deadline, and worked one-on-one with me every step of the way. Using their CAD design software, they customized the ring exactly to my vision, brainstorming ideas together until we landed on a perfect design. Their pricing was also fantastic for the quality and service I received. The entire process felt seamless, personal, and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a custom, high-quality piece! We will definitely be back for our wedding bands.

I recently pulled the trigger on a Black Bay 41mm with a 5-link bracelet and love it. Thank you Bing, your customer service is exceptional!! Update: I have been in multiple times since my last review and have picked up a new Black Bay 68 with a blue dial and have placed an order for a new tough to get Tudor for my wife. The staff is always amazing and I look forward to working with Thomas Markle Jewelers for many more years.

Yendi helped us out and she was the sweetest! Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. She helped us pick the perfect anklets and made sure everything felt special. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back for more cute jewelry.

Crystal Tan I just Googled this place to have my jewelry repaired. I had my earrings lock repaired and my watch battery replaced. you have to drive by slowly to not miss the place bec it’s not a big one. It has a small driveway for you to park. The older gentleman greeted me, he doesn’t speak much english and I don’t speak spanish but he was able to understand what I needed fixed. He fixed my earrings and replaced the battery of my watch in 20 minutes! He charged me $40 and I thought that was a reasonable price. They only accept cash or zelle for payment. I highly recommend this place. If you are also looking for jewelry, Garcia’s has a lot that you can check out.
