At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!

5 /5 Kennedy Ellender: If you need any resizing to your rings, or anything at all that you need done, COME HERE!! They are the sweetest family owned business and the best service I have received. I needed my promise ring resized because it was too big and I was leaving San Antonio to south east Texas the next day. I called and they said to come in and they would look, and they said they could have it done within that hour!!! It looks like they didn’t even touch it!! Truly the best jewelry service there is!!
