Its very dainty and once in a while it gets tugged on just enough for it to snap and I take it here for $20 gold necklace repair. They get it done in 1 day. I finally met the owners the other day when I came in to retrieve my necklace. Miss Cheryl and her husband are so sweet and they even own a lovely cottage that they also rent out to people who want to have a relaxing, nature staycation in Texas. Alice J Beautiful store. Visited this location after being disappointed with a different location, and we were very pleased. There were plenty of customers, but someone greeted us immediately. After browsing another 10 minutes or so, another person greeted us again. Everyone there was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had, all with a smile. Shopping was a breeze. We purchased a couple of charms and were on our way in no time. They even took the time to remind us of the Mothers Day special, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location.
