1 /5 Katie Casey: My husband purchased a band for my wedding gift and I’ve continued to have a diamond fall out (3) times. Last time they sent documentation stating they would REPLACE the ring. Now another diamond has fallen out and they don’t show the ring was replaced and then gave some poor excuse of prongs weaken over time?! Purchased around December 2024 sent back in January and February for diamonds falling out and now August and same issue but they want me to pay for the repair?! Don’t buy anything from here if you have expectations of good workmanship. I do have small fingers size 5 to be exact. If this ring is unable to be that size due to the style and diamonds falling out, then they should disclose that and I even mentioned it and never was stated if that could be a possibility.

1 /5 Aaron Sushinsky: This store used to be Clean Origin jewelry until they were purchased by Grown Brilliance. We bought our engagement ring with CO and went back here under the new ownership to shop for wedding bands. Unfortunately, this shop has definitely dropped off. They no longer carry unique jewelry pieces. They carry more big box jewelry styles. They also limited selection, and the lady who helped didnt seem to care much about us. Felt like we were inconveniencing them. The original staff who helped us were extraordinary people, I was sad to hear they both left the company, probably because they couldnt support what the new company was doing.

5 /5 Nicole Bedoya: This review was long overdue. You know that icky feeling you get when you go into ring shop and you feel like they just want you to buy something or move on? Thats not what you get here at all. I have never had a better experience than coming to the Clean Origin store in terms of customer service. This was such a huge moment for my fiance and I, and they didnt rush us, they listened, they took their time to help me find what I wanted. And trust me, I had no idea what I wanted at first so the patience was unmatched. By the end of it, the person who helped us, Kya, felt as if I was shopping with a bestie. She took me to the best lighting, helped me get a video if the ring, and really helped my fiance through the whole process of purchasing when the time came over email and phone a few months later. We did look at other rings after we came here, but ultimately, we got my ring here because you couldnt beat the day or experience. I dont just see my ring, I see the day my fiance flew me to Texas to see this store in person, and we had nothing but warm genuine kindness from everyone inside.
