1 /5 dennis shaddix: My son who is a 24 year old mentally challenged young man has recently decided to start investing in silver and gold, with his own money. The woman was extremely rude to him and refused to show him any gold coins. He wound up buying a 10oz silver bar at 6 $ per once over spot. She also charged almost 10$ to process his payment with his debt card. Will not be going back.

2 /5 Zane Cox: I started going here because it was close to where I lived and seemed decent. Ive been here on 7 different occasions because I started collecting silver. The owner I have met once and he was nice interesting and had great customer service. However he isnt the one who is usually there. Usually a blonde older lady is there and she is not welcoming or friendly. Everytime Ive done buissness with her she was always pushy short and rude. She always acted like she had something better to do and she just wanted to get me out as soon as possible. Well today I brought my 6 year old to buy his first piece of silver and she was there. She treated my son nice at first then proceeded to be pushy and rude telling him to make a decision and hurry up. We were in there for maybe 6 minutes. It was his first time seeing all of that stuff and we were rushed out. Out of the purchases Ive made I repeated buissness for convenience. Now I will go out of my way to find anywhere else to purchase my precious metals.

1 /5 Mary Wilkinson: Let me start off by saying I’ve been using this jeweler for over 20 years. When you go to your jeweler you expect to be treated right. To have someone tell you that you’re wrong when you were quoted a price for sizing rings and then you go to pick them up and it’s more. And then to act like you don’t know what you’re talking about with your own jewelry. Very rude. I will not recommend nor will I be back to this establishment. This lady needs a lesson on customer service.

1 /5 Shannon Turner: I took 2 watches to have a battery put in them. They said one was to expensive for them to mess with and when I picked up the other watch. It only worked for a hour and stopped. When I took it back the lady said to take it somewhere else,? SO I DID! Works great now.
