We had a custom engagement ring designed here, where we were able to bring in family rings and they were able to remove the stones to use in the new ring. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Everyone here is awesome!! It is such a cool place to check out unique freshness.

According to Google, they close at 4 PM, but when I arrived today, I was told via Ring that they were already closed without any prior notice. This inconsistency in posted hours is extremely unprofessional and raises red flags about their transparency. Places like this often give off a sketchy vibe when they only display partial hours without clear communication. If you have nothing else to do, maybe its worth a quick stop, but if youre planning to make a purchase or need reliable service, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.
