The variety of loose stones they have is incredible. What really stood out was how personal and honest they were. They said, “Tell us what you want, and we’ll figure out how to build it.” And they did just that—working within our budget and still creating my absolute dream ring. The quality is stunning, and it’s clear they genuinely care. Good, honest people who love what they do. We won’t be going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Highly recommend!

We were trying to replicate a necklace I already had to match them while wearing them at the same time. Richard was extremely detailed when trying to get me the perfect necklace. He wanted to make sure it was perfect for me. Once it was ready which was a super short turnaround there was a tiny error and he made it right and fixed it immediately. I would go back to him again and again!

5 /5 Nathaniel Seiler: In March, I had an engagement ring custom made. I wanted a teal sapphire with two flanking diamonds on a platinum art-deco band, which is not an everyday request. Richard was the jeweler who helped me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable and made the experience feel personalized. I went in for several consultations where Richard and I compared gemstones and discussed materials and designs. The designers created CAD models of the ring design for my review which we tweaked a little. I was amazed at how fast the ring was made once I gave the green light on the design; it took about a week and a half. Three days later I proposed and she absolutely loves it. I do highly recommend Stone Oak Jewelers!
