It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!
