We have never shopped for rings before and he made the process very easy and it was not intimidating. He mentioned he was new to the store but he handled us as if he had been there for years. Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

Heather Morton We had a great experience with David, his wife, and employees. He tried for an extended time to get my daughters watch to work and when he couldnt he was very apologetic. He did not charge us. They also handled a disgruntled man with grace a kindness. We will be back to purchase a college ring (love the idea Mrs. House! ) :)

Jesse Del Villar I’ve used Rendon twice now and it’s been nothing short of Amazing to work with them. In the first occasion they flawlessly repaired my wife’s engagement ring after it had been run over. Couldn’t even tell something had happened there. Second occasion they fixed my gold cuban link necklace. Once again fantastic workmanship. In both instances the pricing was very affordable (necklace repair $20 (don’t recall the ring cost)) and insanely fast. They had my wife’s ring done before our wedding which was only a couple days after it had been damaged, and they had my necklace ready in just a day! I will always return here, friendly folks, affordable and fast!
