From the moment I walked in, Jen and Media made the process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care stood out right away — they took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me find the perfect ring. The quality of the ring is outstanding — beautiful craftsmanship and a diamond that truly shines. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves it. Her face lit up when she saw it, and that moment was everything. 1 /5 Cynthia Thomas: Bought my ring 9 years ago. I have brought it in every year for cleaning and inspeI Brought my ring in May 25th this year with an issue. The edge around my ring was rough and catching. Told the associate that helped me he talked to the jeweler and told me they could add 6 it might make it look a bit different. We accepted that and left the ring that day. Got a call on june 5th letting me know my ring was ready (11 days later). Go to pick it up today June 8th, ring was handed to me with nothing else said besides "heres youre baby" .. I check and the ring, and it is still catching (visibly scratching my hand, can feel it catching on clothing). When I told the woman helping me that it is still catching and thats why I brought it in to be fixed she told me that they were unable to fix it and that it could not be fixed unless I got my whole ring remade. Told her that whoever called us simply said that our ring was ready to pick up and never communicated that no repairs had been made. Then she told me that the gentleman who helped us on May 25th should have called and told us that they were unable to repair. Ive never had a major problem with my ring before this visit, but 6 noticed the turnover rate is high, and Im sure it is not helping with communication. Its so frustrating when you pay thousands of dollars and expect a certain level of service and dont get it. Im disappointed in the service I got this year. Lord only knows what is going to happen when I lose a diamond! Im trying to be proactive to keep my stones!

5 /5 Michelle Mirza: Shoutout to Mama Julie aka Julie Tran! She was AMAZING! She has an amazing method that guides you through the process to find you the engagement ring of your dreams. She made it feel so seamless and her personality made the process so fun and enjoyable! We shared so many laughs together. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciated her educating us on the different cuts, diamonds, and everything in between. My boyfriend usually hates shopping, but he had such a great experience and wouldn’t stop talking about it. ASK FOR MAMA JULIE! You will not regret it. 10/10 service. She is getting invited to the wedding!
