George Torres I went on January 14 2024 to repair a chain that kept unhinging on and off. Nervous I would eventually lose it I decided to stop by and repair it. Trisha advised it was a hinge and took it to the back to repair it. She brought it back nice and cleaned and advised there was no charge! I offered to pay but she would not accept anything! I will definitely be back because of their excellent customers service!!! Strongly recommend them!!

Now, I’ll admit, I haven’t spent a lot of time in jewelry stores over the years, but when I do, I expect great service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, expertise, and the kind of customer service that makes everything sparkle just a little bit brighter. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team! I guess I’ll just have to find another excuse to buy more jewelry—if only to experience that top-notch service and friendly smile again. Highly recommend checking them out!

I also bought the skeleton key candle, and let me tell you, it worked!
