While many places claim to offer a "family atmosphere," I decided to take a chance on Lewis—and they truly delivered on that promise. Dana, a young woman in training, was the first to assist me. She immediately made me feel welcome. What may seem like a simple task—resizing a ring—was an emotional step for me, and she handled it with genuine care. Every time I stopped in, whether it had been two days or two weeks, Dana recognized and greeted me warmly. That small gesture meant more than she probably realized. Ana helped me with the purchase of a Breitling watch and several jewelry appraisals. She is a consummate professional—confident, knowledgeable, efficient, and a great sense of humor too! Todd, as a leader, clearly sets the tone for exceptional customer service. Every person I interacted with at Lewis Jewelers was friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether youre shopping for something new or seeking care for something deeply personal, I highly recommend Lewis Jewelers. They don’t just sell jewelry—they treat you like family.

Had them installed as well as got a few items cleaned and they were ready at the time I was told to come back and pick everything up. Trish, the sales rep is such a sweetheart. My daughter got a beautiful tennis bracelet for herself and a nice charm to add to the Free bangle bracelet she is giving to her BFF. Toneil even cleaned our current rings. Definitely ask for her when you’re at this location.

Mario Rosa Shannon has always treated me with care and respect. Hes replaced watch batteries for me while I wait and hes also cleaned some of my jewelry. Great guy and great experience. Never had a single issue. They have one of a kind pieces too.

Chris Hamilton I had a very insightful experience with Abraham. He was very helpful with good information helping me clean my single earring(pool incident). He told me how I can either get other one or trade the single one in for a new set. Made it easy and breezy I will be back.

Lady named Lyn was exceptional upon my entrance, but Krista who assisted me was simply awesome y’all I would’ve given them 10 stars for especially where the area where their Showroom is located, other STORES nearby certainly have their noses high up in the air, but not this place. MaDonna Halstead I nervously took my boys shopping with me and I’m glad I did. Not only were they treated so kindly they were personally shown military items when they left their interest of such be known. They were even given juices. Just the extra special treatment when most places cringe at the sight of kids, especially two young boys haha The store was clean, smell wonderful, had a huge variety of endless treasures to cover many interests… not just antiques but new items as well. It’s a great one stop gift shop for yourself or someone on your list. The music playing throughout was lovely and not too overpowering. Everything in the store was arranged nicely making it easy to navigate throughout. We will definitely be back!
