Alexandra Laboskey Karla’s customer service is something that is hard to find. I was a local customer for over 10 years and now as an out of state customer I continue to get the personalized experience and attention when I shop online or over the phone. I placed my Mother’s Day order and then gave them a ring. They were quick and mindful that it was a Mother’s Day present and we happy to let me know everything was in stock. I can’t thank them enough for helping me make my mom day perfect and full of love with her new gifts!

Alex Nguyen I went here for the first time today to change out a watch battery and remove a couple of links. The staff was very welcoming, started to assist me right away, and did exactly what I needed today. When I went to pay, they told me it was on the house since it was my first visit there. I was truly surprised! What a wonderful business and staff. Im writing this to let anyone looking for a jewelry/repair shop in The Woodlands know they should definitely give them a visit.
