Van Nguyen Funny enough, I happened upon Artier on Reddit where it was mentioned as a great antique store with an awesome owner. Upon reading more reviews I kept seeing mention of Harold as a true delight and even thought to myself "theres no way this store and owner can be THIS great". I am so happy to be wrong. My wife and I were greeted and had so much great conversation with Harold while we shopped. We were welcomed and felt at home. The property even reminded us of the comfort of our hometown, New Orleans. Every piece in the store had a story that Harold would happily tell. We were able to get a few gifts for some loved ones, some books for our library and some pieces for the house. I wont hesitate to recommend and we will be returning regularly!

Erika Benitez I had such an amazing experience here, the girlies at the store were so sweet. They showed me around the store, I got to learn so much more of what goes on there. They’re always having a bunch of events, they support several nonprofit organizations, and they even have a wall where they sell local art by other artists. Very cute spot. I’m in love with my forever bracelet, it was super easy and quick to get. They have so many charm options. You wanna take them all.

My husband ended up doing a custom design at Kay’s and Elizabeth was so communicative and accommodating throughout every step of the process. Anytime we went to Kay’s for an appt to approve the progress, we never felt rushed and Elizabeth went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to perfection. This went above and beyond the customer service we would expect from any jeweler and really helped make what could have been a stressful season a really enjoyable one!

Rose was so kind to show me bracelets and even offered to resize my watch for me. Not only did I find a tennis bracelet but I had a watch that fit just right. It’s great customer service that Rose displayed that will keep me coming back :)
