5 /5 Paula Kothmann: Ben Adams experienced staff went above and beyond to restring mothers pearls for my daughters wedding. The large store has many wonderful one-of-a-kind pieces such as a ring designed in house that set off the natural cabochon ruby exquisitely. I especially delighted in their bold estate jewelry priced at an excellent value. Id recommend Ben Adams to those who appreciate knowledgeable jewelers when selecting an heirloom piece.

3 /5 Ellie C: Good customer service but my issue is that my first visit I was quoted a 25.00 charge for a repair and an additional 25 if there needed to be any prong work done, I came back and the same ring was quoted 95.00 for the repair by a different gentleman. I’m not sure why the difference was made but I got the feeling they just make up prices as they go. A bit disappointed.
