A special mention goes to Sonia, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and proactive in keeping me informed. Her communication was always clear and timely, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. As a premium jeweler, the store also stood out for how well it was maintained and managed; the ambiance matched the quality of the products and service. Jay Schwausch Better Bling is the only place I go for my custom jewelry or jewelry repair. They have done some outstanding work for me. They replaced the sapphire in my Masonic ring and created my Sterling Silver Wizard ring (a ring that is a W shaped into a ring). Better Bling is 27 miles away and there are a lot of jewelers much closer to me, but they are my go-to place for my jewelry needs.

Ashley Shaeffer Cub was great to work with! I took in a very old ring that has been in the family (I’m talking made in the late 1800’s) to get resized and he and team did amazing. They were very careful about maintaining the integrity of the ring while remaking the band to be wearable. I couldn’t be happier! It also came back so clean it’s like it was brand new!
