From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

5 /5 Alex Schwartzman: Mike was awesome, he had the time and patience to meet with me several times until we chose the perfect stone and he helped me design the ring. He did the impossible by delivering the ring in 1 week just in time for my anniversary which is highly unusual for a custom made ring. He made the whole process easy and painless. Pricing was better than anyone and I definitely shopped around. I highly recommend the Diamond Room of Dallas and will definitely be back. I give him 6 out of 5 stars.

Found Mike @ The Diamond Room on Reddit (found many comments mentioning his great work), while researching best places to get a custom engagement ring. From the first point of contact, you could tell he’s been doing this for years and provided guidance on how to buy. I had a custom ring designed and delivered in ~ 3-4 weeks and it was everything I dreamed. I’m happy to report “she said yes!” and is in LOVE with her ring.

Time constraints, traveling, and budgetary concerns had me backed into a corner to deliver the perfect proposal to my girlfriend. Mike and the team sat me in and delivered an A+ quality job that shocked my significant other and our families. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand all of the ins and outs of buying an engagement ring. Even after buying the ring he has been there to answer any questions we’ve had.
