Lucretia Sayers Their customer service is great, and they were very nice. But I think their prices are a bit high, I’ve gotten links removed from watches in the past from different locations and have been charged less than eight dollars. If I paid anything I really can’t recall, but I got one link removed from a Michael Kors and an Anne Klein watch and was charged $10 per watch not including tax $21.65 total to remove one link from each watch I believe is high. I didn’t complain once the price was told to me after which in the future I’ll definitely ask before hand, Everyone has to make money somehow, but I can get air In all four of my tires for free. Of course I paid, but they should definitely look into their prices.

James Wedemeier was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took great care and explaining the process. My watch was old and was in need of an overhaul. When I received my watch back it looked and worked like new! Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly impressed me. Highly recommend them for any jewelry or watch needs! Amanda Golden Amanda is a phenomenal jewelry expert and I highly recommend her if you want nothing but the absolute best!! She is super knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you exactly as requested. Her wisdom and kindness made picking out our engagement setting, diamond, and both of our wedding bands a very enjoyable process, including helping us stay in budget!! I love them all so much! After our wedding, I had some resizing issues (not due to Amanda’s fault). Both Matt the manager and Amanda immediately took good care of us. Their dedication to excellent customer service has earned our forever business and praises. I can’t say enough good things and deeply respect their altruism and integrity!!! Julie Robertson Great place!! Some of the nicest people around. They would do anything for anyone. I went into Gold Rush in Longview and was having some life troubles. The people working there and the owners asked if we could all pray right there for me, and so we did. The person that wrote a review saying they are mean people obviously has never been to Gold Rush, because they are far from mean. They were so nice about helping me with my gold and silver jewelry and yes they did all the testing right in front of me. I would highly recommend Gold Rush!!
