I had a small diamond fallout due to a broken prong, and Sam did everything to restore my ring and it looks like new. !! It literally took my breath away. I highly recommend this jewelry store for purchase, cleaning, and restoring. I’m new to the area and this was store was close to my home. I decided to try it out based on reviews and I was not disappointed. They are thorough, efficient, and have great communication. I will be taking my ring in every six months for cleaning. Dianna Lorenzo Went in to buy a new charm for my bracelet, ended up purchasing 2 new charms and got a free bracelet. The manager was friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. The manager also cleaned my other pandora bracelet while I was completing my transaction.

Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up.
