Elizabeth Ashley Buck MJ was so caring and sweet to me today. I have never had anyone care for my jewelry as much as I do. She inspected my bracelet for the charms to make sure they were placed properly on my bracelet correctly, and found that my clasp was wrong and ordered it to be corrected when my new charm was placed. I have never had this done to my bracelet before. MJ then helped me with an exchange of my anklet, and painstakingly counted each little heart to ensure my charms were replaced perfectly spaced, and perfectly positioned; counting 20 of them between each charm. Then ordered each of them to be placed on my anklet with the correct silver smaller pieces so they look and feel better. The original silver connectors were the large ones intended for the bracelets. In all my years of purchasing jewelry from James Avery, I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service. Correction, never in my life, have I been treated so nice. Turned my day around in an instant. This will be my store now and forever.

Christi and Donnie were so welcoming as soon as I stepped foot into their door from showing me around their store, offering drinks and more importantly educating me to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Christi is so passionate about everything she offers in the store which is something I’ve learned to appreciate nowadays. The store was clean, well organized and artistically put together. After browsing through earrings, bracelets and necklaces I landed on a beautiful rose gold with diamond ring that’s stackable (which I thought was unique) for my girlfriend to show my appreciation for everything she does. Loriann Cornwell El and Asma were incredibly helpful when I needed help with my watch. When I asked about mobility options, he suggested I park near the Cotton Patch cafe entrance. There were stairs I could use with my canes and a wide ramp for a walker or wheelchair. Their store was clean and set up well. I told him what I needed and he quoted me an excellent price...while I could not get my watch cleaned today, I am sure I will be coming back when I need additional help. Would 100 percent recommend this business.
