1 /5 Angy: 000000!!!! No option 0 stars. DO NOT shop here. I had one of the worst customer service experience ever. I bought a set of earrings with the wrong price tag on it. I didnt realize until I walked out, it seem too high. I went back 3 minutes later !!! I told both employees about the pricing and they were extremely rude, unprofessional ghetto about it I was disrespected . The black lady with glasses heavy set told me "mam is just two more dollars" they double team on me being defensive and arguing with me that is final sale, no refunds, not their fault the system price is correct. I ask for a higher manager they said there is no one and that the white young lady with tattoos there was the manager!!!! She sure didnt seem like careless &very unprofessional chatting doing nothing!!!
My receipt was supposed to get emailed (they dont give you a paper one ) they ask for your email I never got one!!!! She printed one for me!!! The manager was trying to say is on your receipt no refund on earrings!!! I never even got a receipt !!!! They could of easily took the item back or adjust price ( It was a SEALED item). Both were too lazy busy chatting NOT helping customers the entire time I was there!!! PLEASE hire new employees these two just getting paid to talk.
After researching I made a formal complaint to Lovisa care support and was offered the refund to take it to another store. They lied to me and could of help me out but chose not to!!!!
