When I came back to pick up the fixed ring, the owner was again there and gave the ring to me. I can’t tell you all the “thank yous” I had in my heart for this man and his staff.

Jai Rai Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.

She talks you through the whole process, has good selection for crystals/gems, and the whole booking/installation process was very organized. Christine’s space is small and inviting - there was absolutely no stress or fear of pressure that you may get going into other jewelers shops. Christine wanted to understand what we were looking for, before talking through options / recommendations. She was always extremely transparent with pricing, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. AND she went above and beyond and helped me coordinate surprising my Partner with the proposal. Christine understands how unique and special the wedding ring shopping process is for us, and was able to make us feel so safe and well taken care of throughout it all. Julie Robertson Great place!! Some of the nicest people around. They would do anything for anyone. I went into Gold Rush in Longview and was having some life troubles. The people working there and the owners asked if we could all pray right there for me, and so we did. The person that wrote a review saying they are mean people obviously has never been to Gold Rush, because they are far from mean. They were so nice about helping me with my gold and silver jewelry and yes they did all the testing right in front of me. I would highly recommend Gold Rush!!

Gina Su Always happy to support local businesses! I’ve done several jewelry repairs here at this point including remaking a couple pieces. So far I’ve been happy with the work done. When I had one diamond that kept falling out of an old band, they worked with me to figure out the best solution to prevent it from happening again. Great, welcoming service from everyone. I highly recommend if you are in the area. There are a lot of beautiful pieces in their display cases as well.

Leslie Parra I came in this evening looking for a tennis bracelet to pair with a watch I recently purchase else where. Rose was so kind to show me bracelets and even offered to resize my watch for me. Not only did I find a tennis bracelet but I had a watch that fit just right. It’s great customer service that Rose displayed that will keep me coming back :)
