Lisa collaborated with her team to offer some repair options that would keep it from breaking again. They think out of the box for you. This is a very special piece to me and they engraved the inside beautifully. Ranch Road is very personable and professional. I definitely recommend them!

I took it to a couple of area jewelers who couldnt give me a firm estimate nor did I feel they were answering my questions about the integrity of the setting for the rest of the stones. I had read all the great reviews for Ranch Road. Those reviews are well earned. All of my concerns were immediately addressed by Kasey, without my questions. My ring was done in record time before the date they promised. It sparkles and shines just like the day it was first slipped on my finger. I couldnt be happier.

I cannot say enough good things, they are helpful and professionals. I absolutely love the piece they created for me from my late father’s ring. 5 /5 Natalie Young: We worked with Ranch Road and Emerald is the associate who helped us. I actually purchased a diamond online and had it for several months before I was sure what I wanted to do. I purchased the diamond to simply upgrade my original set as I love my original set, but we just wanted to upgrade the center stone for our anniversary. It turned out to be a little more complicated than what I thought (hello! I’m no jeweler) We were upgrading from a 1ctw center stone to a 3ctw stone and after a lot of conversation, we decided it would actually make more sense to simply remake my ring. Most people would take the opportunity to design and create a new and custom ring, but I love how traditional my ring is and I’ve had it for 20 years. There were a few tweaks we wanted to make, and we decided to upgrade the side stones as well, and they knocked it out of the park. From start to finish it took about two weeks and I could not be happier. I’m in love all over again, so years later- no not my husband- my RING! Lol. Thanks!
