Mallory Gill I came to Gillespie to commission a custom gold medallion after my grandmother passed and left me some gold and diamonds. It was a very sentimental project and Mr. Gillespie took time to review my ideas and provided useful input on design. He hand sketched the design and created a one-of-a-kind piece. I couldnt be happier - its unique and beautifully crafted. The process was very transparent and the quality of work is truly exceptional! Would definitely recommend Gillespie Jewelers.

Not only were they treated so kindly they were personally shown military items when they left their interest of such be known. They were even given juices. Just the extra special treatment when most places cringe at the sight of kids, especially two young boys haha The store was clean, smell wonderful, had a huge variety of endless treasures to cover many interests… not just antiques but new items as well. It’s a great one stop gift shop for yourself or someone on your list. The music playing throughout was lovely and not too overpowering. Everything in the store was arranged nicely making it easy to navigate throughout. We will definitely be back!

We wanted to upgrade the center stone, but the original settings was very difficult due to the channel diamonds on side and half bezel crown. We flew from Phx to Lubbock because of our faith and trust in JKeith’s work. It was a hard job but it came out beautifully. We placed our original center stone into a pendant. Davina McKee 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.
