Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

Laura V When my fiance and I were looking at engagement rings (this is a LONG overdue post and I hope they will forgive me), our family jeweler was out of what we were both wanting to spend. After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didnt want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently thats harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what theyre buying. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare. I truly thank you for working with us and our budget! We will definitely keep coming back, and I highly recommend such a lovely small business.

greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

Drew Williamson I used Kubes recently (Nov 24 - Jan 25) for an engagement ring - both the diamond the ring. I took my now fiance there to look around in early November and the experience was exactly what I was hoping. They spent time to go through many different cuts and settings with us to see what she liked the best. The sales team there was great, very helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing like I have experienced with other jewelers in the past. We worked primarily with Heather and she was amazing, helpful, and responsive throughout trying out rings with my fiance, helping to find and select a diamond and collaborate with my sister and me on what the setting would look like. Katie designed the ring and was also very responsive and helpful once the work was handed over to her. Other people that I interacted with there were also very pleasant and helpful. I did also compare the prices they gave me for the diamonds with other sources and they were very fair and competitive with the prices that they quoted me on all the diamonds they selected for me. Throughout the whole process of what for many, including myself, is a sizable and vulnerable purchase they were open, transparent, helpful, and felt genuinely excited and happy about the process and for my engagement. I would highly recommend them over any larger scale jeweler I have interacted with or heard about from friends and am super happy with how the whole process went and the ring that I ended up with.

Dean McCarty I went into the store with my husband to look at bracelets today. Tara was so helpful. She really took her time showing me all of the pieces that I might be interested in purchasing. She was polite, but was not pushy at all. Because I have made previous purchases I knew that whatever I chose would be of the utmost quality. I decided on a beautiful Vahan bracelet. I could not be more pleased with my purchase.
