I’ve come to this location multiple times to browse and Ami has always been helpful and attentive. I’ve been on the hunt for a gold chain for roughly 7 years and i’ve never really been able to snag a good deal or had jewelers actually put in the effort to finding me a piece of my liking and affordable. Ami has always worked with me each visit to find something i want to take home and love FOREVER. She always tells me never settle and that advice led me to the piece i have today. Thank you once again Ami. Chido also is great and came into the sale to help me get an even better deal that provided the protection plan and i’m so thankful he went out his way to make that happen. Thank you also Natalie for the information provided about the warranty’s one time replacement if a piece is damaged beyond repair. Will be back here to shop for all my jewelry needs. They are so incredibly kind and always go out of their way to make my experience so memorable!! Van Nguyen Funny enough, I happened upon Artier on Reddit where it was mentioned as a great antique store with an awesome owner. Upon reading more reviews I kept seeing mention of Harold as a true delight and even thought to myself "theres no way this store and owner can be THIS great". I am so happy to be wrong. My wife and I were greeted and had so much great conversation with Harold while we shopped. We were welcomed and felt at home. The property even reminded us of the comfort of our hometown, New Orleans. Every piece in the store had a story that Harold would happily tell. We were able to get a few gifts for some loved ones, some books for our library and some pieces for the house. I wont hesitate to recommend and we will be returning regularly!

Michael Middleman Magro I had the most pleasant time having a very precious stone set into a new band. The Jeweler Mr. Phillip takes his time with every minor detail. Everything was polished, rounded, and shining as you would hope it to be. I couldnt be more thankful to have brought my stone and ring here. They not only do incredible work, but have some of the best hospitality.

Stephanie Lantigua I’ve been to this store on two separate occasions, and both times I was greeted by a welcoming smile from Tatiana. She took her time to explain the different collections and how the color bar works. She recommended a beautiful necklace for my mother’s birthday and not once did I feel pressured to buy like in other stores. I will definitely be coming back!

Arla Lara Inthai (pronounced in-tie) is a darling little boutique!!! Pandora, Brighton and other beautiful items. I was looking for a particular Pandora charm, and googled places near me. It was either the mall or Inthai. I DID NOT want to go to the mall(anyone else feel the same??!!!) I was in and out of there in less time than it would have taken me to find a parking space at the mall!! The ladies were so friendly and helpful! Skip the messy mall, go to INTHAI. You won’t be sorry!

Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options.
