Julie Robertson Great place!! Some of the nicest people around. They would do anything for anyone. I went into Gold Rush in Longview and was having some life troubles. The people working there and the owners asked if we could all pray right there for me, and so we did. The person that wrote a review saying they are mean people obviously has never been to Gold Rush, because they are far from mean. They were so nice about helping me with my gold and silver jewelry and yes they did all the testing right in front of me. I would highly recommend Gold Rush!!

Nick Tabbatha was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I walked in carrying a bag from a competitor, and I didn’t even realize we were in the wrong store because the entire team was so welcoming. Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up. It’s incredible how one person’s kindness can brighten your day. I’d definitely consider returning—top-notch service!

Erin Stein We came in August to get my 2 girls’ ears pierced. Came back today to redeem our “free earrings” but there was a glitch with the promotion. Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work. She’s the sweetest and honestly, the reason we’ll return to that store.

Coming up on Year 10, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to upgrade my Wife’s ring as a symbol of how far we’ve come since 2015. We had a couple of ideas of what we (she) liked and styles. With consultation of Farzi we ended up finding the perfect Size & Style for her, forever. Farzi is very personable, relatable and above all knowledgeable in the Jared collections and she also helped us with some custom options in the setting and band.. Still waiting on the band to come in but we know 100% it’s perfect. She instilled that confidence with us & hope she gets plenty of business in the future. Thanks for making our experience so enjoyable!!!
