Drew Williamson I used Kubes recently (Nov 24 - Jan 25) for an engagement ring - both the diamond the ring. I took my now fiance there to look around in early November and the experience was exactly what I was hoping. They spent time to go through many different cuts and settings with us to see what she liked the best. The sales team there was great, very helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing like I have experienced with other jewelers in the past. We worked primarily with Heather and she was amazing, helpful, and responsive throughout trying out rings with my fiance, helping to find and select a diamond and collaborate with my sister and me on what the setting would look like. Katie designed the ring and was also very responsive and helpful once the work was handed over to her. Other people that I interacted with there were also very pleasant and helpful. I did also compare the prices they gave me for the diamonds with other sources and they were very fair and competitive with the prices that they quoted me on all the diamonds they selected for me. Throughout the whole process of what for many, including myself, is a sizable and vulnerable purchase they were open, transparent, helpful, and felt genuinely excited and happy about the process and for my engagement. I would highly recommend them over any larger scale jeweler I have interacted with or heard about from friends and am super happy with how the whole process went and the ring that I ended up with.

She was very sweet, friendly, patient, and made sure I didn’t miss out on something I loved. It’s the small gestures like this that really make shopping enjoyable. Nikki Chanel Sarah and Rico were so kind and helpful. I needed to exchange a gift I got for my birthday and Sarah spent time learn what I liked and offered so many suggestions and let me try on different things. I needed to stay within a certain budget and she tried a few combinations of things that I liked to see what would work with getting the LPP. I left this Zales so happy and satisfied. Then she offered to clean my jewelry. Highly recommend them.

Jai Rai Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.
