Unfortunately Shannons was the place that had to redo horrible work that was done at a previous jeweler...Wish Shannons would have been my first stop when looking around to recondition my Gold Cross!! Communication was on point during the whole process that only took less than a week versus months!!!! Thank you so much guys/Very greatful!!!!!!!

One woman showed me several expensive time pieces while Shannon was behind the counter and took care of my watch. I guess what impressed me the most was I came in for a simple repair and I was treated as if I were a rock star. This type of service is becoming extinct. You see more and more young people at retail establishments that simply don’t care one way or another – what you think of their service. Shannons staff and service was simply amazing!”
