Zales - Pearland (TX)

3 /5 Heather Harris: Went on 7/15 at 2pm and doors were locked even though hours said 11-7. No signs saying otherwise. Had been calling since 130 with no answer. Called at 412 and lady answered. I’ve dealt with her before and she’s really not pleasant. Upset because my ring shipment back from repair is probably being delayed due to their lack of communication and customer service. Other than these instances, the gentleman has been really helpful and kind. He’s really the only one that’s customer focused

1 /5 Christopher Wilson: I receive a gift purchase from zales was not satisfied with it went to the store. Tried to get a refund or exchange was told to call customer service. Call customer service explain my situation. They told me I need a receipt but they find it he receipt in there system, but still they would not refund our exchange Very very dissatisfied. I will not purchase from Zales in Pearland again

5 /5 Amina Most Faithful: My husband and I accompanied our son to purchase an engagement ring. We did not have a huge budget and worried if we would find something that he could be proud of. As we walked in Khalijhia greeted us even though she was with another customer. She had a wonderful personality, she was funny, and very professional. I appreciated her patience with us and her willingness to show us plethora of rings until we found the perfect one. She understood what we were looking for and she delivered with warmth and grace. She explained the Zales diamond protection plan thoroughly and their warranty plan. We couldn’t get the warranty today, but will be back to purchase it. Khalijhia was refreshing and a joy to do business with. Zales in Pearland Town Center is the place to go for the best service and the utmost in professionalism and care! 1 /5 Shenandoah Ward: I visited the Zales location in Pearland, TX during normal business hours on 7/15/25. According to both the website and store listings, the store was supposed to be open — but when I arrived, all the doors were locked and there were no signs indicating that the store was closed. It was very frustrating to make a trip out only to find the store inaccessible without any notice or explanation. If the store had to close temporarily or adjust hours, it would be helpful for customers if that was clearly posted on the door and updated online.
