1 /5 Kati Mitchell: Absolutely terrible. I went in to have my wedding n band repaired that I just purchased a year ago, and already had to have fixed 1 month after purchasing. I had my ring inspected out of town before Christmas and they are unable to find proof that it was inspected and requiring me to pay for it to be replaced after paying $205 for the warranty a year ago. My wedding ring is from Helzberg and I have never once been given a hard time or issues finding proof it was inspected, I definitely won’t be purchasing a new band from Zales, as now I have to spend more money on a new band after paying $1400 a year ago… very unhappy with the store.
