1 /5 Kasey Cooper: We bought wedding bands to add to my engagement ring and sent them off to be soldered together. The first time I got it back there was a tiny dot of solder and it looked TERRIBLE. I sent it back and when it returned the soldering still looks atrocious. The engagement ring is not sized correctly to line up with the bands so it is crooked. They created a pit in one of the band that they claim cannot be fixed. And on top of all that my center diamond was filthy. They kept telling me that is just how it is supposed to look but when I got home and looked through a loupe you could clearly see it was covered with something brown and it was full of fibers from the polish wheel. I was able to get the fibers out with tweezers but it took A LOT of scrubbing and several rounds of ultrasonic cleaning to get the diamonds clean. Incredibly disappointed with their quality of work. They should be ashamed to send out something so terrible.

1 /5 mary garza: Went to pick up an online order today 6/4/25 The lady in the sweater with the chipping green nail polish was so rude when I declined the lifetime warranty. Even my teenager with me commented about her dirty looks after I said no. I said thank you and she just kept giving me an ugly stare didn’t even say anything else. We typically go to Jared’s or Helzberg and have never had any issues. I was trying something new for my daughter’s graduation present, that will be the last time I ever go there. Jared has much better customer service please spend your money with them!

1 /5 Kati Mitchell: Absolutely terrible. I went in to have my wedding n band repaired that I just purchased a year ago, and already had to have fixed 1 month after purchasing. I had my ring inspected out of town before Christmas and they are unable to find proof that it was inspected and requiring me to pay for it to be replaced after paying $205 for the warranty a year ago. My wedding ring is from Helzberg and I have never once been given a hard time or issues finding proof it was inspected, I definitely won’t be purchasing a new band from Zales, as now I have to spend more money on a new band after paying $1400 a year ago… very unhappy with the store.
