The owner Leticia, was there too and helped us immediately. Both were very attentive and knew the answers to all our questions about jewelry! They were both kind and patient. We ended buying, not one but two wedding bands which made the perfect gift for my wife on our 14th year anniversary! Thank you for a your great customer service and fair prices. We will be coming back in the future!

Hassaan Khan There are many jewelry places at this mall. Only Diamond City gets my business. They are first, and foremost, honest. Ive never had a single issue with the individuals who work there. The owner "Big K" is a really nice guy. They sell all types of jewelry. Anything from Gold chains to Gold Grillz. Absolutely the best.

They always try to give me fair prices, they shout me straight and even help me carry things from time to time when I have brought something in that was heavy and had my daughter with me. They give great customer service and are always knowledgeable and informative about why or why not they buy something. Very kind hearted people, everyone I have had an interaction with at either store had always been very helpful as well, but those three are my favorites!

Carl Saxon Allen Jewelers did an outstanding job repairing my titanium watch band for my Garmin watch. I had taken it somewhere else and they told me it needed substantially more work. Allen Jewelers repaired it quickly without any issues. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Tre Marcus The service at this Kay Jewelers is top notch! We did ring shopping at Zales and a different Kay Jewelers store but none of them compared to this one. Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.
