Shayla Davis I was driving by and saw pretty, shiny things in the window of a store. I made a u-turn and, I’m so happy I did! This place is a true gemstone!! Newman instantly made me feel like I want to be a lifelong customer. I can’t explain it, but you have to experience this place for yourself. You have to walk in the store and talk with that staff, because Another Time and Place is an experience, not just a shop. The craftsman ship and knowledge blew my mind. Truly my new favorite store! I want all the soap, towels, rugs, lighting, everything!

Александр Rude , dismissive staff, difficulty with fixing, poorly made or misrepresented jewelry, and inflated prices, and unhelpful experiences, I would never spend with this arrogant attitudes my hard earned money ,that they don’t give you back once I buy something, by the difficulty with returns and refunds.

He was very helpful and patient and showed us many options we were looking for whether it be necklaces, pendants, and rings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy jewelry and the warranty benefits they offer. We ended up purchasing the chain and pendant we wanted for a price that was in our budget. Loved the fact that they make their own jewelry in house and very customizable to your own liking.

Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.
