1 /5 Rosa Garcia: The staff at this location were rude. One of the managers said "I need to get a charm out of this case." with a tone no "excuse me". As a former James Avery associate I know it was a manager since only managers are allowed to get charms from the cases.
The lady helping me at the register was also rude. After I told her that I wanted some items clean and a service of add ons I asked when will they be ready and she didn’t respond, asked her again in case she didn’t heard me again no response.
I asked what colors were available for the emerald mini butterfly. And responded "white, if the other colors aren’t in the case then we don’t have it." Told her to show me the white. As she came back white the white butterfly she then said we "also have the purple they just put it back in the case." Asked her to show me the purple cause it was the want I wanted from the start and sighed again.
I asked her for some pins to add charms to my bracelet (to make the process go faster) and sighs again.
Towards the end of the service she circled the time and date I was able to pick up my items and just hands me the receipt. (We’re trained to tell the customer when their items would be ready for pick up.)
Came to this location since it’s closer to home but I should’ve just drove to The Woodlands Mall.
