Kellie Schneider Amazing experience. Glad I found Elegant Jewelers. I took my mothers jewelry to be cleaned and polished - 3 rings and 2 necklaces. One of the rings was slightly bent and they fixed it as well! The cost was extremely fair (another place quoted me $700 to do the same job). Not only did they look phenomenal, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.

After looking all around Abilene, getting different prices and estimates on completion, KGN jewelry Had the best price with the best ETA. They also do their ring resizing in store, which is very important. Tony was able to get my ring done within one day. They had it shined and cleaned when I went to pick it up. I highly recommend going here instead of the other jewelry franchises that send your ring away for two weeks at a time. Thank you KGN! I will definitely be coming back for more purchases.

Now, I’ll admit, I haven’t spent a lot of time in jewelry stores over the years, but when I do, I expect great service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, expertise, and the kind of customer service that makes everything sparkle just a little bit brighter. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team! I guess I’ll just have to find another excuse to buy more jewelry—if only to experience that top-notch service and friendly smile again. Highly recommend checking them out!
