Hary was extremely professional and quick with my repair and knew exactly what to do upon seeing my watch. I paid around $50 and even gave him a tip because he did the job same-day. Please support this small business!

Deborah Thebirdlady Erin is an absolute genius where jewelry is concerned. He learned from some of the best old school jewelry experts in this field and is unbelievably knowledgeable. He is an artist as well as a craftsman. His prices are reasonable, and I can vouch for his integrity. we have had three wedding rings designed by Erin from heirloom, gold and diamonds, and couldn’t be more pleased. If you want to pay top dollar prices And have the experience of glitz in a fancy store, you’ll want to go to a different jeweler. If you want to buy high-quality jewelry or have an expensive heirloom piece worked or repaired, Erin at Best Jewelers is the place to go. Deborah

Dashiell Allen-Smith This place is… something. First of all, I visited late May of 2022, on a Saturday. Anyway, if you want to go shopping, I do not think that this will be your place. Macy’s closed in 2017, Palais Royal closed in 2020 alongside Sears, and Dillards closed in 2006. I should also add that the food court has been vacant for years. Heck, the Claire’s, the one really decent-looking store, closed a while before I arrived, not to mention that a third of the mall (the playground and the empty hallways towards Macy’s) have been closed since the pandemic. However, despite ALL of these flaws, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The styling, though slightly refurbished roughly 5 or so years ago, still looks similar to how it did when it opened in 1982. The Palais Royal still has it’s logo in place, but so does the Sears. So if you enjoy dated architectural design, I would highly recommend. EDIT: I went back during Thanksgiving week, and the place is not doing too hot. The only name brand store, which I believe was a FootAction, has closed since I last went last May. Just a fare warning, the area is not the safest (certainly no Greenspoint or Sharpstown, but still enough that you should be more careful), and that the old Macy’s may have a homeless person or two. Don’t worry, as the mall itself should be fine, since the only people there are getting exercise. Only go after dark if you know what you are doing. In conclusion, if you want to go, do so sooner rather than later since I doubt the longevity of this mall. EDIT 2: I added more photos from Thanksgiving Week 2022, this time from my camera, as I forgot to put the photos of it on here. The new photos do not reflect the current state of the mall, again as they are from a couple of months ago.

Kate Pix I couldn’t see myself being happy with staring down at some generic wedding ring. I wanted something unique and was set on an Aqua colored stone. Dean found the perfect stone and came up with an updated version of a vintage ring. I love it! Dean has an amazing eye for detail, and I’m so glad he was a part of making this experience fun. And Bean, his furry four legged helper was a perfect co-designer.

constanza Every time i come in i have a great experience, the staff is super friendly, respectful, and helpful. I love when the employees leave an item in my fitting room to style my outfit with! Makes me feel very welcomed and well taken care of ! I will be coming back very often this fall and winter for all their cute clothes and accessories!

Irving Flores You’ll find this James Avery store right next to Target shopping store. Quick and clean. Currently due to the Covid-19 regulations, you do have to wear a mask inside. The employees clean regularly and there are separating barriers to keep the public safe. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Nicholas Rodriguez The owners, Bridget and Jason, are wonderful people with a lot to offer the spiritual community. I love going into their shop; they have been very accommodating on my new spiritual path and have created a safe environment for all to feel welcomed. I could not imagine going anywhere else. They have monthly get-togethers to talk about different aspects of spirituality which are always enjoyable to attend.
