The work they did on my jewelry was so exceptional that I’ve been coming here for all my jewelry repairs ever since. Their customer service is consistently amazing, and their work is pure art. Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!

brianna horner I brought my ring in with a badly damaged prong, and Jordan did an incredible job fixing it. He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!
