5 /5 Tiffany Nguyen: Went to James Avery this past Saturday and Courtney was great. The bow ring didn’t come in my size and instead of her telling me to just wear it on another finger she brought out the ring sizer and largest size they carried. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to purchase this ring Courtney told me I could get it resized into my correct size. She was extremely patient with me even though the store was busy during the charm event. She exuded southern charm and I hope she has an amazing day! I am excited to receive my ring in the mail soon!!! Much love to the James Avery team!

1 /5 Van Boyd: If I could give this location zero stars I would after what happened to my wife today. I’m also very seriously considering never giving anymore business to James Avery but at minimum will never visit the Woodlands, Tx location again. My wife went into this location (often in the area due to work) to look for a new charm for her bracelet today and when she came in a brunette sales associate saw her and did not welcome her in and did not offer her any assistance. My wife went around and looked at every case thinking that someone would come and ask if they could help her. My wife is a well dressed, professional executive and there were no other customers in the store. Another lady (customer) walks into the store and the brunette sales associate immediately walks toward that person and welcomed her and asked what she could help her with and proceeded to assist that customer. Then she passes by my wife, looks her up and down and says “you ok”? Why did she not ask my wife if she needed to see anything and if she could help her the same as she did the other person? My wife left due to this blatant discrimination. There were also other sales associates in the store. Again, no other customers were in the store. I’m appalled and disgusted that this type of behavior which clearly can only be described as racial profiling is allowed to occur in any establishment owned by James Avery which is a family owned Texas headquartered company. According the the Better Business Bureau, this is actually a frequent complaint. It’s truly a shame that this is part of your brand and legacy! To the brunette lady that was so extremely rude to my wife… shame on you ma’am. I hope we never meet and I hope no one ever treats anyone in your family the way you treated mine. #disrespectful #ignorance #rude #shameful

When she realized the rings were very sentimental gifts from my Momma that just passed, she volunteered to resize them and ship them to me instead of just swapping for a new ring of the right size. Very professional and compassionate.

5 /5 M W: Went in for the first time for a last minute birthday gift for my mother, a new grandma. Was met by Tom, an extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating representative of James Avery. I knew what i wanted and he made sure to expedite the gift in time for my mothers birthday. This was my first time ever in this establishment and was informed of all the amazing features of shopping with James Avery. I will definitely shop here again for myself with thanks to Tom! That man is an asset to the company!

The staff took the ring and had it ready for pick-up the following week, with custom engraving costing only $20. I appreciated being able to see and choose from different styles and font sizes on the screen, which ensured I got exactly what I wanted. For anyone choosing engraving in the store please be sure to look at the screen for the options! Additionally, I purchased a charm for a bracelet, and the process was quick and easy. The checkout staff were friendly, and the store was clean and well-organized. Overall, a great experience at James Avery Jewelry.
