The owner Leticia, was there too and helped us immediately. Both were very attentive and knew the answers to all our questions about jewelry! They were both kind and patient. We ended buying, not one but two wedding bands which made the perfect gift for my wife on our 14th year anniversary! Thank you for a your great customer service and fair prices. Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! antonio rodriguez Its been a couple days, but i wanted to say i had an amazing experience with this business. I took a silver ring...was bent ,dirty, and didnt fit, a week later i received a call that it was ready, I showed up... Ring was cleaned, reshaped and fit perfectly. And the price was way lower than other locations. I want to thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a great place to handle their jewelry.

I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back.
