Sky Quest Michelle made my wife’s birthday present on time with a very memorable and welcoming experience at the store. Thank you Michelle, for making it happen!! Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. Margaret Cervantes My husband and I were needing to replace a battery in a watch, Went to an other independent repair shop to be told “it’s not the battery, You need a new watch” I remembered WAIT Let’s go to JG Gold works at the mall. Roberto & Jackie took GREAT care of us and NOT only was he honest and replaced the battery BUT very friendly good service!! Taught me a lesson GO where ppl are knowledgeable and have trained properly!!

Shevawn Beltz Susan Robinson has made a customer for life. I had a diamond fall out of my wedding ring and was looking for a place with in-house repair. It’s an older ring and knew it wouldn’t be an easy fix. Being new to the Tyler area and particularly careful about who would handle my ring with the utmost care, this team and staff immediately put me at ease. Matt, the technician is a gem on this earth! His skills and attention to detail is beyond exceptional. Getting my ring back, took my breath away and brought me to tears. It was brought back to its original form and looked better than the day I received it. They’re personable, compassionate and experts in their field. Abigail Espinosa I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Sugarland Location (in First Colony Mall). I was greeted by the very friendly and professional gentleman, Kit. He asked on my preference in metals. I explained that I wanted to re-pierce my ears. He helped me find the cutest pair (and was very patient with me because I was indecisive)!! What I was most pleased with was his kind demeanor as he walked me through the aftercare of the new piercing in step-by-step detail!! That was something I didn’t experience at the woodlands location when I first pierced my ears. (Probably would have saved me the trouble of doing it again.) Another thing, that I didn’t experience was being offered to book an appointment to check on my healing progress. I’m so glad that Kit was the pro that helped me today. I’m very grateful to his knowledge and professional support. 100% recommend this spot.

Bruce Patulski We had such a GREAT experience!!! All the credit goes to the AMAZING ladies (Jennifer & Maria) who did the piercing for our little angel!!! I was very hesitant to let our daughter get her ears pierced (crazy DAD syndrome lol), but I researched & found that Banter had phenomenal reviews & I can honestly say that they are rightfully deserved!!! The ladies made our little munchkin feel so comfortable & the they did a very professional job!!! She has been showing-off her earrings since she had them done.....we cannot wait for the follow-up visit to thank yall again!!! I would recommend Banter to anyone looking to have a piercing done....especially a first-timer like us!!!

Sylvia Jaramillo We have been customers of Eve’s Custom Jewelry for some years now, mostly obtaining services for minor jewelry repairs, cleaning, etc. In June 2024, I damaged my anniversary ring which included losing one of the small diamonds. Eve’s replaced the missing diamond and now my anniversary ring shines brilliantly and looks better than new! I also inquired about how best to keep my wedding rings from turning sideways and upside down on my finger. After speaking with Nancy, she recommended fusing the two rings together, widening the band and squaring out the bottom to balance the weight. Nancy very meticulously explained the process and provided a sketch of the finished product. I picked my wedding ring up this past weekend and I am ecstatic!!! For the first time in 35 years, I can actually see the diamonds on the top of the ring. No more slipping sideways and upside down. I can’t stop looking at it. From the top, it still looks like two separate rings in the set. I love, love, love, the squared bottom. This is it exactly what was needed. No other jeweler had ever recommended this so I had resorted to just “living with it”. Not anymore! Thank you Nancy for giving me the perfect, original wedding ring! I can’t wait to work with you on the additional custom pieces using my parents’ wedding bands! I highly recommend Nancy and team at Eves’s Custom Jewelry.
