My family and I walked in with a clear idea of what we were looking for, but as we don’t live near a Tiffany’s, I had spent a significant amount of time online shopping. I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with both me and my child, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about our choices. Michael Morris The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on. Truly thank you to Kristy, Debbie and the James Avery staff in Georgetown for your help and everything you did for me. You all are nothing short of amazing!

Alex Lupulescu I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!
