After mentioning my struggle with anklets falling off in the past, she explained everything about permanent jewelry, from pricing to the differences in chains, metal types, and the charms I could add, etc. She has so many options to choose from! She helped me decide on the perfect anklet and let me walk around with it to size it correctly. I love my anklet so much. Her studio is also super cute. Thanks Nichole!

Even after the purchase she tremendously helped me and spent more then 30 minutes making sure we had our warranty information set so we had no issues down the road. Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.

Kadee West Being freshly postpartum and having my first baby, My wedding ring didn’t fit for about 10 months. After looking all around Abilene, getting different prices and estimates on completion, KGN jewelry Had the best price with the best ETA. They also do their ring resizing in store, which is very important. Tony was able to get my ring done within one day. They had it shined and cleaned when I went to pick it up. I highly recommend going here instead of the other jewelry franchises that send your ring away for two weeks at a time. Thank you KGN! I will definitely be coming back for more purchases.
