Ingeborg Tauber I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams/Manager of Dallas Gold $ Silver in Euless, TX, located on Airport Fwy/Industrial Blvd. in Euless, TX. Mr. Adams extended excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days, plus demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. I had two watches, both made and purchased in Europe that needed battery replacement and one needed adjustment to fit my wrist. The battery replacement and wrist adjustment was fixed on location. (Other stores would have sent the watches to another location, because they were made in Europe.) Mr. Adams customer service had no problems solving the repair by himself at the current location. Needless to say that I am a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Mr. Adams, you are recommended to my family, friends and anyone who reads this review. I thank you and greatly appreciate your service.

Leslie Parra I came in this evening looking for a tennis bracelet to pair with a watch I recently purchase else where. Rose was so kind to show me bracelets and even offered to resize my watch for me. Not only did I find a tennis bracelet but I had a watch that fit just right. Marc Lajoie Debbie Smith did a great job helping is out with our purchase of a new cross for my chain. She also cleaned all my jewelry and looked at my wedding ring and she found that I had 2 broken prongs that cannot be fixed due to a chip at the same location. Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!
