As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by a nice smiling gentleman in black. During my search, the manager Manuela approached me to see if she could help and we were able to have a lovely small talk with one another. I finally settled on an item after some time and at just the right moment Tashpiya came to help. The gift wrapping was also a sweet touch. I enjoyed the store and their associates.

Kevin Went to Kay Jewelers at Firewheel Town Center just on a whim to look at anniversary rings with no intention of purchasing on this day. Janie greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. She and her staff, Alexia and Alex, took the time to make recommendations and show us several styles of rings. It was a great time working with people who were pleasant, had awesome attitudes, and were fun to work with. We ended up leaving with three beautiful rings from a business we can highly recommend. He shared his wealth of information on jewelry and I knew immediately I was in great hands! He and Rose are going to create some pieces for me from old rings I have and Im beyond excited!
