2 /5 Richard Pineda: Had to be one of the worst altogether experiences Ive had at a jewelry store in a LONG time. I had my email confirming my online order of a ring I had delivered to my house, which had my order number, part number, name, date and everything, yet they STILL couldnt find my order in the system to be able to resize it. Finally found it in the system, after the manager came and helped the young lady out, and was able to get the ring resized. We come back 2 weeks later, manager sends a different rep to help us, and instead of him instructing her how he found my order the previous time, he sets her up for failure, and doesnt come lend a hand until he sees that I am visibly upset at having to go round and round AGAIN, just to pick up my ladys ring. Communication is key, and wouldve saved this WHOLE experience. Never again
